Exchange Policy: 

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unopened, and with all accompanying materials and packaging. 
  • Process: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. 
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the reason for exchange is due to a mistake on our part. 
  • Receiving Your New Item: Once we have received and inspected the item you are exchanging, we will ship out the replacement promptly. 

 
 

Return Policy: 

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. They must be unused, in the same condition they were received, and in original packaging. 
  • Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee may be waived if the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 
  • Process: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. 
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if it meets our criteria, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated. 
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are paid for by the customer unless the item was defective or not as described. 

 
 

Exclusions: 

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. 
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions may be ineligible for standard return/exchange policies. 

 
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement and manage all associated shipping costs.
